West of the Brazos Military Troop Support, Inc. is asking for donations to help with creating "Buddy Baskets". "Buddy Baskets" are gift baskets to welcome veterans as they transition from the VA Hospital to their new homes. Each basket will include the following:
- Heavy Duty Laundry Basket
- 2 rolls of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper
- 1 bottle window cleaner
- 1 canister of scrubbing cleanser
- 1 packet of sponges or wipes
- 1 pair of rubber gloves
- 1 small dustpan w/hand broom
- 1 pkg. light bulbs
- 1 set of plate, bowls and cups
- 1 shower curtain (plastic w/rings)
- Laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap
- Kitchen, bath towels and wash cloths
- Personal toiletries (Men & women)
- Non-perishable foods & snacks
